Torn and damaged product.

I received a damaged dress, sent pictures of proof and requested for a return. They offered to exchange but I never received any return or exchange. After days of waiting, I received one suspicious message at 3 am to come outside and receive a parcel. if that was their delivery guy it is beyond pathetic service. When you were delivering the damaged product it was during regular morning hours. What kind of person comes at 3 am to deliver the “exchange” article? I messaged the rider what kind of delivery did you expect to make during 3 am? and got no reply.
To this day I have not received any return, exchange or even a refund.
